The GoAllConcerts take
Chris Thile arrives with ten dates between December 2026 and March 2027, and the route says something already: theatres and arts centres such as Groton Hill Music Center, Salle Bourgie in Montreal and the Eastman Theatre in Rochester. This is a tour for listening, not for dancing. Thile was born in 1981, comes from bluegrass and has 18 studio albums, from Thanks for Listening and Laysongs to Bach: Sonatas and Partitas, Vol. 2, released in 2025. That range is what makes him worth seeing now. It suits anyone who enjoys a mandolinist who changes register with ease. When buying, look at the city and the venue first, because the December dates come in a tight run of days and the rooms are of modest size.
