Mountain Grass Unit

Mountain Grass Unit is on a 21-date run between October 2026 and January 2027, and the timing makes sense. Their second studio album, Appalachian Smoke, came out in 2026 and follows Places I’ve Been from 2022, so the band plays with fresh material behind them. The route opens at Hulaween 2026 in Live Oak, then moves through mid-sized rooms such as Variety Playhouse in Atlanta, Charleston Music Hall and the Lincoln Theatre in Raleigh. This tour suits anyone who would rather see a band up close in a theatre or a club than in a huge venue. When buying, look at the room and the city first: the schedule crosses the United States, Canada and Mexico, and Mexico gets a single date.
