The GoAllConcerts take
Alison Brown is a banjo player born in Hartford in 1962 who blends bluegrass, jazz, country and blues, and her fall tour is a good chance to see her in mid-sized rooms. She has seven dates in the United States between October 2026 and February 2027, and the tightest stretch comes in November 2026, with four nights in a row: Dakota in Minneapolis, Shank Hall in Milwaukee, Thrasher Opera House in Green Lake and Stoughton Opera House. This is a circuit of theatres and clubs, not stadiums, which suits listeners who want to hear the instrument up close. It is a show for fans of jazz-inflected bluegrass and for anyone who likes nuanced instrumental music. When buying, pick the city and venue with care, since each room has its own feel, and book the November dates early.
