In an inspired collaboration, Capella Edina (Edinburgh's Philharmonic Orchestra) joins forces with acclaimed indie artist Fink for an unforgettable evening that bridges the intimate world of songcraft and the grandeur of orchestral writing. Fink’s most beloved hits, alongside selections from his forthcoming 2026 album, take on vivid new colour in orchestral arrangements crafted specially for this performance. Interwoven are three resonant classical works exploring shared themes: the cosmos-inspired Lyrae by French contemporary composer Camille Pépin, film composer Michael Hoppé’s evocative Renouncement, and music by Peter Maxwell Davies. Together, they forge a thought-provoking dialogue between contemporary emotion and timeless expression.

What to expect

This is date 11 of the 21 that Fink has scheduled in our catalog through February 2027. There are 4 dates in United Kingdom. The previous stop is Köln (November 16) and the next one is Atlanta (February 2).

The GoAllConcerts take

Fink arrives with 32 dates between October 2026 and February 2027, spread across nine countries, which tells you this is not a box-ticking tour. Fin Greenall started in electronic music, debuted in 2000 with Fresh Produce on Ninja Tune, and since Biscuits for Breakfast in 2006 has worked as a trio with Guy Whittaker and Tim Thornton. That mix of electronic roots and indie folk band is what makes him worth seeing live. This tour suits people who prefer a club or hall to a festival field. When buying, check the venue first. The opener at Metropol in Berlin on 16 October and the stop at Arena in Vienna on 20 October are a different scale from Treibhaus in Innsbruck or Rockhouse in Salzburg. Pick the room that matches how close you want to be.
