For the first time in an ever evolving 21 year history, the explosive and genre defying French act IGORRR at last cast their unclassifiable magic across Australia. Created and spearheaded by French multi-instrumentalist Gautier Serre, the IGORRR name has expanded from one man's pseudonym to become a full group identity, which has brought a new level of intensity into the live representations. Initially influenced by the likes of Meshuggah, Chopin, Cannibal Corpse, Bach, Domenico Scarlatti, Taraf De Haidouks And Aphex Twin, traces of these artists can be found littered across IGORRR's discography, but Serre has never been interested in remaining static or merely recycling ideas, and his work has dramatically evolved accordingly. With a truly unique sound blending a multitude of complex layers, Serre excudestotal musical freedom by combining all of his disparate tastes into one chaotic, cohesive universe.

What to expect

This is date 6 of the 10 that Igorrr has scheduled in our catalog through February 2027. There are 4 dates in Australia. The previous stop is Dublin 1 (November 12) and the next one is Melbourne (February 4). Igorrr arrives with "Amen" (2025) as the latest studio album, according to MusicBrainz.

The GoAllConcerts take

Igorrr is the project of Gautier Serre, who blends black metal, baroque music, breakcore and trip hop, and the 16-date tour is a good way to hear how all that works with a full band. It starts in October 2026 at Webster Hall in New York and runs to February 2027, with stops in Montreal, Toronto, Birmingham, Glasgow, Dublin, Brisbane and Melbourne. The set draws on Amen, the 2025 album, and the lineup includes Marthe Alexandre and drummer Rémi Serafino. It suits anyone who wants something extreme with real ideas, and it is not the night for a conventional metal gig. When buying, check the venue first. The tour plays rooms as different as Webster Hall and BEC Arena, and sound and closeness change a lot between them.
