The Mareeba Rodeo Arena (also known as Kerribee Park) is the proud home of Savannah in the Round. It’s located just 7km from the centre of Mareeba in the Cairns Hinterland on State Route 27. The event takes place 66km from Cairns Airport, or about an hour’s drive. Savannah in the Round is unlike any other festival. Your festival armband gives you admission to the festival precinct and your designated seating area. You are free to move around the festival precinct, including a front of stage area to enjoy the Cape Stage performances. Savannah in the Round will also program three support stages; the Big Top Music Hall, the Bull Bar, and the Backyard Stage – each of which operates across the day from mid morning, and after the Cape Stage until late.
Dragon performs live in Mareeba, Australia on Thursday, October 8, 2026 at Savannah in the Round 2026. Check the door time listed by the official ticket seller. Official tickets are available below — buy only from verified sources to avoid resale fraud.
What to know before you go
- Check the door time listed by the official ticket seller. Plan to arrive at least 30 minutes early to clear security and reach your section.
- Security check: most venues prohibit professional cameras, large bags and outside food. Check the venue's official policy before traveling.
- Bring the same payment card or QR code you used at checkout. Some venues no longer print physical tickets — phone screen is enough.
- Dress for the genre and the weather — outdoor shows can get cold after sunset. Comfortable shoes for standing-only sections.
The GoAllConcerts take
Dragon has thirteen dates across Australia between November and December 2026, and that number alone makes this an easy tour to catch. It opens on 6 November in Hepburn Springs and covers twelve cities, from a winery in Bellarine to the Pittwater RSL in Mona Vale. Our advice is to look at the format before the date. The Sunset Sounds shows in Corunna and Toronto call for a different plan than an indoor room, and on 22 November in Brisbane Dragon plays as support to Suzi Quatro, so check doors and set times carefully. This tour suits anyone who likes a close, relaxed night out. If you want a long set that belongs entirely to the band, pick one of the shows billed under their own name.

- If you drive, reserve parking in advance — venues fill nearby lots fast on show nights.
- Rideshare drop-off zones are usually a 2–5 minute walk from the entrance. Allow extra time for after-show pickup queues.
