Steel Pulse in Berkeley, United States 2026

Steel Pulse arrives in October 2026 with eight dates across the United States, from San Diego to Berkeley, and that shapes who this tour is for: people who want roots reggae played properly, not just a name on a festival poster. The band comes from Birmingham, signed to Island Records and has twelve studio albums, from Babylon the Bandit in 1988 to Mass Manipulation in 2019. That is a deep catalogue to draw from. Our advice is to check the type of venue before buying. Quarry Park Amp in Rocklin and Waikiki Shell in Honolulu are standalone shows, while Mission Bayfest 2026 and Holo Holo Long Beach 2026 are festivals with other acts on the bill. If you want to hear Steel Pulse with time and attention, pick the amphitheater dates.

The UC Theatre is a Berkeley venue at 2036 University Ave, and its calendar shows a clear taste for cult bands and focused bills. There are 15 dates ahead, running from October 2026 to February 2027, all in the same city. That makes it a good pick for anyone who wants to see specific acts without travelling to another town. Elephant Revival opens the run on 18 October, High Vis plays two nights in a row on the 24th and 25th, and on 13 November Nothing and Turnover land on the same day. Our advice is to look closely at those double dates before buying, because you have to decide which night suits your plans best. Fans of GWAR, Amorphis or Rhapsody Of Fire also have reasons to keep an eye on this room.
