• Dress for the genre and the weather — outdoor shows can get cold after sunset. Comfortable shoes for standing-only sections.

How to get there

1. Public transport is usually the easiest option for big-city venues. Check the closest metro/subway/tram stop on the venue's website.
2. If you drive, reserve parking in advance — venues fill nearby lots fast on show nights.
3. Rideshare drop-off zones are usually a 2–5 minute walk from the entrance. Allow extra time for after-show pickup queues.
